Log into your Genki account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full refund.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered or removed.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians receive and inspect the device for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
